Premium Fresh Hybrid Kampong Chicken

Kampong chickens (甘榜鸡) are free-range chickens raised on farms or in a controlled environment. It is known for having lean, flavorful meat with higher protein-to-fat ratio as compared to conventionally raised chickens. Kampong chicken breeders use natural feeds without the use of antibiotics or chemical growth promoters.  

Kampong chicken is a great source of high quality protein as the free-range environment allows the chicken to roam freely, strengthening their muscles, making the meat firmer yet tender. The meat contains vitamins B complex and niacin, which is essential for healthy cells and metabolism. It also consists of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc.

We offer a premium variety of Kampong chicken, which is a hybrid mix of black chicken, specifically 'Silkies' with a Kampong chicken. This results in traits from both parent breeds, including variations in the skin and feet color. The hybrid Kampong chicken is available in medium and large sizes.

A medium size Premium Hybrid Kampong chicken weighs about 1.4 kg to 1.5 kg.

A large size Premium Hybrid Kampong chicken weighs about 1.6 kg to 1.7 kg.
