Kampong Chicken Wings

Kampong chicken wings are sourced from free-range chickens. The natural rearing method of allowing the chickens to freely roam around in the farms or in a controlled environment, results in a firmer, more tender meat with a slightly different flavor compared to regular chicken wings. Kampong chickens are bred without the use of antibiotics or chemical growth promoters.

Kampong chicken wings are a good source of protein and nutrients, which is essential for building and repairing tissues. The wings provide collagen, various vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, iron, and potassium. They are also lower in fat compared to other poultry cuts.

The wings are a versatile food item that may be cooked using various cooking methods such as deep-frying, baking, or grilling. With proper cooking, the wings are lean and tasty, with a golden yellow and crispy skin.
