Kampong Chicken Breast

Kampong chicken breasts are sourced from free-range chickens. The natural rearing method of allowing the chickens to freely roam around in the farms or in a controlled environment, results in a firmer, more tender meat with a slightly different flavor compared to regular chicken wings. Kampong chickens are bred without the use of antibiotics or chemical growth promoters.

Kampong chicken breasts are high in protein and relatively low in fat. Its unique taste and texture, combined with nutritional values, make it a popular choice in many Southeast Asian cooking. 

The breast is a versatile food item that may be cooked using various cooking methods such as pan-searing, baking, and deep frying. With proper cooking, the breasts are lean and tasty, with a golden yellow and crispy skin.
