Fresh Whole Duck

A dark-red poultry meat, that provides a rich, robust and flavorful taste, with a texture that is firm, but turns very tender and juicy when cooked appropriately.

A complete protein source that is rich in essential nutrients such as iron, copper, magnesium, selenium, niacin, a variety of B Vitamins such as B-6 and B12, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid. It is also an excellent source of short-chain omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fats that helps to lower LDL cholesterol and promotes overall heart health.

Each duck weighs about 2.2 kg to 2.3kg.
