Fresh Black Chicken

Black chicken, known as 'Silkie' chicken, is a breed of chicken valued in Asian cuisine, especially in Chinese and Korean cuisine, for its unique appearance and distinguished health benefits. 

Black chicken has dark, bluish-gray or black meat and bones and is considered a valuable and nutritious food, often used in traditional herbal soups and culinary practices. The meat has a slightly gamey flavor, having texture which is denser and firmer as compared to regular chicken. This is due to the way the black chickens are raised, which tends to be free-range.

Black chicken is believed to have antioxidant properties with various health benefits such as boost immunity, aid recovery, and promote overall well-being.
