Chicken Skin

Chicken skin is a good source of both protein and essential fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. It contains collagen, which contributes to skin and joint health, vitamin A and iron. 

It is traditionally enjoyed as a snack. While chicken skin may be taken in moderation, it is high in calories and fat, especially when fried.  

We offer a variety of sizes for the individual's needs - medium and large sizes.

Each pack of chicken skin weighs about 500g (half pack) to 1 kg (full pack) and contains a mixture of breast and thigh skin.
