Chicken Buttock

Chicken buttocks, also known as chicken tail or parson's nose, are a good source of protein. The buttocks are known for their juicy and fatty texture, with a bit of meat offering a velvety bite and umami flavor. 

They are usually grilled, barbequed, or skewered and cooked over an open flame, resulting in a crispy and firm exterior with a tender and fatty interior. They are a popular street food item in many parts of Asia, especially, in Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam as a snack or appetizer.
