Minced Chicken Breast

Minced chicken breast is finely ground chicken meat, made from the breast portion of the chicken. It is slightly pale in color, compared to thigh meat, which tends to be darker in color.

Minced chicken breast is a lean source of protein and various nutrients, including niacin, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid. It also contains small amounts of sodium, potassium and other minerals.

The minced meat can be used in dishes like meatballs, burgers, and in pasta sauces. It can be pan-fried, baked, grilled and added to sauces and stews. The minced meat can dry out easily if overcooked. When cooked properly, the meat would be tender and juicy.
