Chicken Bones (Back Rack)

It is relatively low in fat as compared to other animal products, making it a good option for those watching their fat intake.

The bones can be simmered down, which release nutrients into a flavorful broth or stock, making it a great base for soups, sauces, and other dishes. 

Each pack of bones comes with 4 back racks and weighs about 800g to 900g. One pack of bones can make one big pot of broth or stock.
